When using our services, you provide us with data. We use this data to improve our services, for example, to display more relevant search results, the rapid order placement, etc.
Information we collect
Users information. To use the services of Zenithbay we ask you for personal information, for example, e-mail address, phone number, billing information, delivery addresses.
Your actions' analysis. We collect statistical information about the use of our services, for example, visited services and pages, IP addresses, device information (operating system version, unique identifiers, screen resolution, etc.), search queries, your location (according to the IP address analysis indicated data in delivery addresses, etc.) and other data, some of which are stored. We store this data on Zenithbay servers, in your cookies, and also use third-party systems of statistics and analytics.
Most of the data received from you is depersonalized, the exception is data that is needed in its entirety, for example, for delivery we require a delivery address, the name of the recipient and so on.
Objectives of using collected data
- Improving services. For example, we store delivery addresses for faster ordering, the history of search queries is used to improve search relevance and so on.
- Personal data is transferred between Zenithbay services to ensure uniformity in the provision of services.
- Messages sent using the feedback forms and e-mail are saved to enable you to resolve your issues.
Transfer of information to third parties
The transfer of your information to third parties is performed in the following cases

- For data processing by third parties. For example, using third-party systems of statistics and analytics, transferring your orders to delivery services and so on.
- At the request of legislation

List of terms
Personal information (personal data) is the information you provide to Zenithbay services that allow you to establish your identity. These include name, email address, billing information and other information that may be regarded as identifying, for example, information from your account.
Device. Devices are identified as computers, tablets, smartphones and other devices that can be used to access Zenithbay services.
A cookie is a file stored on your computer. Such files are used for various purposes, for example, to store your settings. However, you can disable the saving of cookies on your computer, however, disabling may result in incorrect operation of the Zenithbay services.
Account Zenithbay. To gain access to some of the functions of Zenithbay services, the user needs to create an account by providing the necessary information. For example, an e-mail address is used to communicate with the user, and delivery addresses are used for the purpose of delivery of orders.
IP address. Each device on the Internet has a number called an IP-address, by which it is often possible to determine the geographic point of connection of the device to the Internet.
Server logs (ServerLogs). Zenithbay servers store a list of pages requested by the user, including, for example, IP address, browser type, browser language, regional settings, the date and time of the request, and so on.
A unique identifier is a set of symbols that is assigned to a browser, application, or device in order to distinguish it from others. Identifiers differ in how they are accessed, what time they are in effect, and whether the user can reset them. This function is used to protect data on the device, prevent fraud, synchronize services, and so on.
